Last week I had something to celebrate and I celebrated in style! One of my best friends from France and her fiance were in Sydney! I tried cooking as Australian as possible so they could try new foods, and on Saturday night we indulged on a Lindt Chocolate Fondue! I received a chocolate fondue set as an engagement gift so I thought with my friends being here, it would be a great opportunity to try using it!

Lindt Dark Chocolate Fondue
Heat cream in a saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling. Stir in Cointreau.
