NO CRUST FRENCH QUICHE
- 100 g plain flour
- 3 farm fresh eggs
- 500 ml full cream milk
- 100 g diced bacon (pan fried without oil)
- 100 g cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a pie dish.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place diced bacon in a pie dish. Pour mix over the bacon.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (until firm and golden).
